Always amazing. I spent over a year trying to find a good salon in Philly, and this is the place. Lain does my lashes and Lexi does my nails- they are both excellent at what they do, and incredibly kind. My nails always last for a month plus with no lifting or breakage, as Lexi has an incredible eye for application and technique. Every tech at this place though is honestly so kind and talented.

Who Nail Salon is the best! Everyone there is so talented in their craft. I regularly get my nails done by Lexi and she is so kind and gentle on my hands. You can book an appointment with anyone in the salon and you won't be disappointed. Would highly reccomend!
